Hillary's Politics Leaves America Vulnerable

Please find below a special message from Hillary Clinton's opponent, our sponsor, John D. Spencer For U.S. Senate. Dick Morris says if Hillary doesn't win big, her Presidential hopes will be hurt. Please read the important information below. Thank you. NewsMax.com

As you know, Clinton pretends to be one thing to the voters and then votes the other way on the critical legislation that directly impacts the physical safety of Americans. I need to get that message out but I need money to pay the costs of critically important television and radio commercials. We need to tell New York and America the following:

Senator Clinton Voted Against Patriot Act
Clinton voted with Democrats on 12/16/05 to continue a filibuster against NSA wiretapping. That was the night Senator Harry Reid proclaimed, “We killed the Patriot Act” — and Democrats like Senator Clinton were leaving us vulnerable. NSA wiretapping stopped a terror plot to destroy the Brooklyn Bridge, the same wiretapping that stopped terror plots in Western New York and New York City. The hypocritical part is that Clinton calls these intelligence tools “domestic spying” — yet simultaneously claims to have voted for the Patriot Act. The truth is that Senator Clinton is playing to the anti-war left for her Presidential bid in 2008. She is playing politics with our national security.

Senator Clinton Won’t Secure Our Borders
The Secure Fence Act of 2006, authorizing the construction of 700 miles of fencing on the border with Mexico, is a step in the right direction to secure our borders. We must stem the flow of illegal aliens, drugs and potentially dangerous terrorists from South of the border. Senator Clinton voted against increased border agents and detention facilities in 2005. Yet her line to The New York Times on 2/11/03 was “I am adamantly against illegal immigrants.” Clinton also voted for amnesty for illegal immigrants this year and has proposed federal funding for education and healthcare of illegal immigrants.

Senator Clinton Betrays Our Soldiers
Clinton’s ever wavering support of the war in Iraq is another example of her playing politics with people’s lives. Her political commercials claim she supported body armor but she voted against funding body armor. It’s in her votes. She’s opposed the “bunker buster” bomb and has consistently voted for cuts in critical military procurements. In North Korea and Afghanistan, we need bunker buster bombs to combat violent enemies that hide safely in mountains and caves. In Iraq, soldiers desperately need to be better protected with body armor and better supplied. As a Vietnam veteran, I know the politicians shouldn’t be allowed to dictate activity on the battlefield — and Clinton regularly betrays our solders by cutting funding or undercutting patriotic efforts.
